The plan calls for themed districts, a pedestrian-friendly traditional downtown along existing Federal Highway, and inter-connectivity of parks, transit and sidewalks throughout the CRA. Deerfield BeachIP completed a Redevelopment Plan for the City of Deerfield Beach’s Beach/Cove area that included urban design concepts, land use and zoning recommendations, enhanced pedestrian connections, parking solutions, and a new vision for aging hotels along the beach.
