Visioning charrettesTitusvilleIP assisted the City of Titusville in the preparation of their Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR), and conducted a series of community workshops aimed at building consensus, and uniting residents in a vision for the future of Titusville. IP provided a full branding campaign for the visioning events, including website, postcards and logo. Town of DavieIn addition to meeting all statute-required public hearings, IP will conduct community workshops in each of the four districts in the Town. This will allow residents and community stakeholders to address issues of direct interest to their neighborhoods. Deerfield BeachIP completed a Redevelopment Plan for the City of Deerfield Beach’s Beach/Cove area that included urban design concepts, land use and zoning recommendations, enhanced pedestrian connections, parking solutions, and a new vision for aging hotels on their beachfront. North Bay VillageThe City of North Bay Village authorized IP to conduct a Master Plan Charrette to identify the community’s vision, goals, objectives, and priority projects. This initiative involved extensive public participation from the citizens of North Bay Village. Miami LakesIP prepared Miami Lakes’ first Comprehensive Plan for the 23,000 residential community in north Miami-Dade County. Two workshops with community residents focusing on future land use, growth, traffic, recreation & open space, and community design, were held. Oakland ParkOakland Park wished to recreate a Downtown along the FEC corridor north of Oakland Park Boulevard. Using community workshops and urban design techniques, IP created a Downtown Master Plan that will allow the City of Oakland Park to create a local destination with a mix of uses, more park and open space and greater pedestrian accessibility.
